The Maddie Carlson Project...

Well, it all started in the hot, sweaty, blistery 2-car garage a few hours after Cameron Durham's first photo shoot for Sunshine Scarves out in Los Angeles during the summer of 2015.  About 6 months earlier, I decided to close the doors of The Sunshine Foundation for Prosthetic Eye Care because the implementation of Obama Care had closed the gap that my foundation stood in.  It caused great sorrow to my heart to close the doors, but at the very same time, I rejoiced over the needs being met as they should through revised insurance policies.

Now, to make a long story short...Cameron and I were chatting about her friend back home in Goffstown New Hampshire who was diagnosed with Ewing's sarcoma, a rare bone cancer that primarily affect children and adolescents.  Cameron mentioned that the Earth Angel scarf she modeled reminded her of Maddie and wanted to give her one.  At that same moment, a beautiful idea birthed forth out of my heart and I immediately wanted to find a way to support the Carlson family in their time of need.  I decided to take the Earth Angel scarf and donate a large portion of the profit to 16-year-old Madeline (Maddie) Carlson.

Wait, why are you still reading this..?  Shouldn't you be clicking on the link below to buy an Earth Angel Sunshine Scarf to support Maddie Carlson?
